I am a mother, daughter, sister, aunty and wife living on Gumbaynggirr Country on the Mid-North Coast of NSW. I love connecting with people, their stories and nature. I love to create and explore new ways of doing and finding ways to move through and mark beginnings and endings (and the lifetimes in between). As a Mental Health Social Worker, I connect in working somatically with people and through focussing on a relationship with the spirit of breath, with nature, in trauma-focused care and the preparation and integration of experiences. I have worked for over 25 years with expanded states of consciousness through birthwork, deathwork, earth connection and breath medicine practices.
I am active in the Work that Reconnects, Deep Ecology, SOMA Connect, Breath Medicine, The Heart of Holding and Mind Medicine Australia networks as a practitioner, facilitator and trainer and run 1:1 sessions, group work, workshops and retreats. My work is anchored in experiencing moments that reminds us of how we need to nurture ourselves, each other and Country, which has the potential to ignite deep earth, mind, body and spirit connections to what is missing. I am called to my vocation in supporting others to discover and rediscover this connection in times that are changing – and that there are many ways we can creatively hold space for being and to find meaning. Reach out to connect if you want to discover more!
Laying a solid base with strength, discipline and flexibility to support outcomes.
Expanding boundaries and challenging beliefs, resourcing through the process.
Allowing power to rise and move - changing/ adapting experiences with awareness.
Discovering what is important, at the centre of the experience and holistically integrating.
I acknowledge the waters and land of Gumbaynggirr Country on which I live and work. I acknowledge how Country holds me and all ecosystems in place in connection to all that has been and all of what is yet to become, now and since time began…
